Daily Vite I got from the clinic. But I wake nauseous every other morning but no back pain. Besides I'm peeing a lot even wen I'm not drinking that much water. It's only been a week now so maybe I should yet. Not sure but I heard hot tea is good wen on periods it makes the period come down faster.
