Unprotected sex took morning pill 5 hours later. My stomach aches and I wasn't ovulating. Pregnant?

Had unprotected sex and took the morning after pill 5 hours later. My lower stomach has been slightly aching Now. 2  days later we had protected sex and it still aching. I'm a week away from period, so I know I wasn't ovulating. cAn I be pregnant ? How soon can I tell if I'm pregnant? What if I get my period and ake a test and still negative how long before I retest again? Help please I'm freaking out!
