I have a problem with my urinary tract. It itches time and again though it sometimes goes away, I have tried antibiotics but its not clearing. The itching starts from the botton of the penis close to testicles and it started before i was sexually active. Also i have never had unprotected sex. Sometimes the head of the penis gets so painful and also the skin. Mostly i pass out urine with a yellow pigment, and the only discharge i had was some white like fluid like semen without smell. Please help
