Almos 3 month i urinate frequently during daytime. i made diabete test and there is no diabete. what diasease can i have? when i urinate i don't have any payne. simply i urinate very often.

I am 21 years old. I urinate aproxemetely every 1,5 hours,(six times a day) some times more frequent. I don't use any medicine, i drink alcohol maybe 2 days in a week maximum. I take very few of water, i dont like it. As for sugar i don't like sweets
A feel no pain in kidney or smth like this.
Can i have some urological problems? some times not very often i see sperm like gel, comming from my penis.....(but very rarely)

Hi !
I've a promlem from last 3-6 monfths. After urination, few drop of water come out. I drink sufficient water around 4-5 liter a day. I don't drink. I smoke as an average 10 cig daily. My age is 34 years.
In the night, urine frequency goes high, and some time its very high 5-10 times in night. I like more salt & suger in my meal.
What is cause and remidies.
Please provide suggestion asap.
