The short of it is... I have a very special man in my life however he has decided that he needs to go out and "sleep" with women for awhile before settling down. Apparently he still loves me and once he gets ...he will ask me to marry him. My heart says he's for real and my head says he's using me….so, what is acceptable and what is utterly ridiculous?

This is utterly ridiculous. Always follow your head and not your heart. If you let him get away with this now, he'll know he can get away with this after marriage. Just because people get married doesn't mean the behavior stops. Your heart is screaming out and still loving something you thought you had or wished you had, honestly is this really the type of man you should be love so deeply? Love yourself as much if not more then you love him.
