I had the same problem. Recently I got burn tanning and took a bath in vinegar this actually helped. When my boyfriend got a little cum in me the other day it didn't hurt like it normally would have; I actually wouldn't have even known he came in me if he didn't tell me.

After sex, either the sperm is in there and the heat hurts it, or your tissues stretched. if your peeing, or after peeing. you have UTI/UBI Urinary tract infection/Urinary Bladder infection.
Tract ifection is from the lineing of your small intestine is really thin, from drinking a lot of pops/caffinees. or from holing in your pee. or sometimes even from sexual intercourse, and/or wearing your clothes to tight (causing yeast infection). Urinary bladder infection.. the same thing. Or sometimes, after you washed it or wore tight clothing that rubbed. The cloth/clothing rubbed against the vaginal area to hard and cause it to take layers of skin off.

In an otherwise healthy young female, a three-day course of antibiotics is usually enough. Some providers prefer a seven-day course of antibiotics. Occasionally, a single dose of an antibiotic is used.

AND GIIRLS I HAD THIS PROBLEM TOO TRUST ME,BECAUSE OF THIS I WAS AFRAID TO GO TOILET AND WITH ME I COULD KEEP IT IN FOR AGES,JUST GO TO THE DOCTORS AND GET ANTIBIOTICS,ALSO TO PREVENT IT YOU COULD EAT ALOT FRUITS AND DRINK WATER DAILY...

Hey there,
Can you please give me more information on your symptoms that led you to believe you had vulvadynia. I am at a loss for answers and your solution sounds right. I just want make sure that we are experiencing the same things. What exactly did you do, and are you completely cured of it now? Does it come back when you don't abide by those rules?

Your discomfort could be due to lack of lubrication. Certain medications, including birth-control pills, can cause down-there dryness. So talk to you doc about whether the Pill could be contributing to your condition, make sure that you prolong foreplay until you're well lubricated and use lube to ease the friction during penetration. Certain personal products, such as feminine spray or douches, could also cause the burning sensation. So, if you use any of these products, stop for a while and see if the discomfort subsides. It's also possible, though not very likely, that your man's ejaculate is irritating your supersensitive vaginal lining. To test this theory, use a condom (polyurethane if you're allergic to latex and make sure it's not lubricated with the spermicide nonoxynol-9) consistently for a few sack sessions and see if the pain stops. If none of the above suggestions does the trick, get checked out by your ob-gyn. You could be suffering from vulvodynia (a condition characterized by vaginal burning) or some form of vaginitis (any infection or inflammation of the vagina, which also causes burning).

This is most likely cause by low PH balance for the woman, and a poor diet for the man. Men, if your cum is causeing your wife / gf to burn after sex, you should stop drinking coffee, soft drinks and replace it with large amounts of water that has a slight alkali PH balance. Filtered tap water (to remove floride and chlorine) would be the best bet because it is federally mandated that city water has a + PH. Most bottled waters are ACID and NOT alkili. Also men should eat bananas, pinapple, ginger, flax seed oil, POM juice and or green teas. These will help make the male cum less painful and may even make the act of "cuming inside" a pleasurable experience for the woman.

I've recently gone on the birth control shot depo provera, and since then my boyfriend and I have unprotected sex and he ejaculates inside me.  After he does, I get a pain like a burning, it does not become extremely painful until he goes for round 2. I have to ask him to stop and I run to the bathroom. It honestly feels like it's too dry down there, so it hurts to have sex. But I'm positive thats not the case.

Then I'll rinse down there off in the shower and the pain goes away. After reading a bit on the web, I self-diagnosed that it must be my birth control, lowering my estrogen levels, which is causing this dry/burning sensation. It's really a bummer, because it doesn feel like I'm allergic to my man's sperm, but hopefully drinking more water/cranberry juice will help both me and him for now.
