I have found lots of relief from symptoms with CBD oil. My friend suggested it and i decided to try given my desperation for relief. Turns out it helps me a lot! I'm taking 12mg twice a day and i barely feel the symptoms anymore. I don't think these symptoms are permanent so I'm just looking to get relief until my body normalizes and the symptoms stop. The oil is considered very safe so it might be worth a try to alleviate symptoms until your body returns to normal. If you do try it get a high quality oil. Best of luck!

Some don't use hormones. The idea is that a fertilized egg won't implant, because your uterus won't be healthy enough with something lodged into your cervix. The doctors use different language, something about the mucus lining becoming too thin.

I had a mirena inserted 7 months ago. Over the past 2 months I have had unbearable itching all over my body. I have been to an allergist and an endocrinologist and they both said they can't see why a reaction would of not started immediately. They don't think these symptoms are related. Has anyone experienced itching besides just in vaginal area?

So I had mine out in May 2017 and after five months I am finally starting to see my symptoms disappearing. They got better as time went along, but now it seems like they are actually starting to dissipate. It seems like it takes a really long time for the hormones to funny leave the body. Take heart, it seems like there is hope. I had my mirena in for six months and it's taking about that long for the symptoms to go away.

I had the same exact problem only my gyno kept insisting it was normal and that my laundry detergent probably caused it. I was scared I had gotten an std and went to a cheap clinic but the tests came negative. Finally went to my gyno bc I kept reading about it online and thought maybe it was a yeast infection. Every time I would make an appt the cuts disappeared so my gyno thought I was crazy. I got tired of hearing the same thing and finally got it removed. The cuts have stopped ever sense. Nobody can tell me what affects and does not affect my body, only I know my own self. Hope this helps.

Oh my gosh. I have the same problem. It seems to come in Cycles like one minute it's good and the next it's not. It seems to be super intense itching around the time of my period. I have literally scratched myself to the point where I'm bleeding. I have lesions all over my vulva area. I've tried everything I've been to the doctor multiple times and every test they have done has come back negative. I got this Marina in 2015 and the symptoms showed up about a year later. But everything that I do doesn't help at all. I've also been feeling rather emotional Period more emotional than I'm used to.

Hi Melissa, and everyone else with issues... I was wondering how you are doing? Just wanted to update on my issues after Mirena removal for Over 1 year already...I STILL keep having the itchy symptoms and some inflammation on the outside skin, on my private even after ONE year of removal. It seems to feel like a slight yeast infection on the outside and I'm having to keep putting clotrimazole cream around the outside private to make me feel a little better even though I don't have a yeast infection :( I even saw a dermatologist who also didn't see anything wrong with me and also said I have dermatitis...??? I'm just looking forward to the day that I will be 100 percent but that day doesn't seem like it will get here.

Your not alone!
I have two Little’s and all the symptoms you described. I’ve been to my gyno 4times positive that I had yeast infection, UTI or something wrong and I’m as healthy as can be. Which is actually more frustrating cause I’m in awful discomfort and I keep being told everything is A.OK
