i am a vegetarian but even so i started to gain weight recently and i am getting really worried about my looks now. So i was wondering what are some good weight loss plans for vegetarians? Are there any good ones that could help me? Please help me i am really puzzled about this. Thank you in advance

Simple and it probably doesn't have to do with being vegetarian. Exercise a tiny bit more, eat a tiny bit less, drink more water, and sleep enough. Make sure to get proper nutrition though. Good luck. :D
