I have been suffering vericose vain on my left testicle. 5 years ago I did surgecal for left vericosle but not cured. Now It looks both testicle affected by vericose vein. There is no pain but testicle becomes large which gives me trouble to walk and my sexual course. kindly advice me.

I would certainly see a urologist. This issue sounds like it may need repair or special treatment. Have you used any anti inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen?
