Hi, im 15 years old, ever since i was like 12 years old my right testicle has been quite big, and by that i mean like 10cm long, and 6cm wide, I have also noticed that there is pretty much fluid surrounding my left testicle, it is not uncomfortable but it looks very big because of the fluid, but in fact, it is the size of maybe a grape. My left testicle hangs lower even though it is much smaller, and i cant wear any shorts or soft pants, because the right testicle shows through the pants, and i feel very embarassed while taking a shower after gymnastics at school, is this normal at all? Or do i really have to get it checked by some doctor? Because i don't want to tell my parents, i'm so not comfortable with that.

I know it is normal to have one bigger than the other (my right is bigger than my left, but only slightly).
But from what you're describing it would be best to get a professional opinion. Though the fact that you've been living with it for 3 years without anything happening suggests that it should be nothing major
