I had a medical abortion on March 13. At my follow up, on the 29th, the dr. gave me the all clear. He said he could tell by my tv ultrasound that I was halfway through my cycle and that I should expect my period in two weeks. However, before the follow up, I had unprotected sex on the 25th as I mistakenly thought I could not become pregnant. It's  now been two weeks since my follow up, 30 days since the bleeding started, and I don't even have PMS symptoms. I know typically they say it could take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to have a regular cycle, but the dr. seemed sure I would get mine after two weeks. Just curious if he could've been wrong? Pregnancy tests have been negative, but I can usually sense my period coming at least a week before hand, so I'm not sure if I should keep waiting for my period or keep taking pregnancy tests every couple of days. Not sure what to think.
