We're in Montana. He didn't directly threaten me, but I knew he would hurt himself if I didn't say something. I offered first, and he agreed. I didn't want to, but I didn't want him to hurt himself. Is this rape, or are we both wrong? If it is rape, should I press charges? It was in Nov, 2021.
