i have watery pinkish yellow heavy discharge thats soaks o my cloth on the 10th day from mensturation and then it later on turns clear like water on the 12th to 13th day i.e almost ovulation and there is no foul smell. i also experience cramps on those days could it be the excessive vit E or C that i take that could cause it or what??? pls help :'(

During ovulation some women can experience abdominal pain or cramps, and this is not unusual thing. Also, bleed is a common thing with ovulation process. However, bleed is really minor and many times you don’t even notice it. The watery pinkish discharge that you are experiencing is probably the bleeding, and as you see there is no much blood as much as you have this watery mucus. Mucus is the thing that helps the sperm gets to egg easier. Are you experiencing any other problem, as headache for instance? I don’t think that this has anything to do with vitamin E or vitamin C. Do you have your period regular or it’s not constant yet?
