So hi. Im brooke and im 13. Im 5'7 and i weight around 158-164 pounds. I would like to be around 137-140 pounds. i have tried not eating junk food which i really don't eat a lot of anyways. I have tried walking. It didn't help. I have noticed i dropped a couple of pounds but i need to loose more. I am starting to put my self down a lot... I just want to wear skinny people's clothes and not worry about my stomach. Im so insecure it's not even funny. I always wanted to be a skinny girl and always wear a bikini and you know things that a normal teenager should do but im constantly worrying about my weight. When people ask about my weight i always lie and say 140... When i was littler everyone made fun of me in school about being fat. it sucks. I mean im not saying Im huge! But loosing about 20 -30 pounds wouldn't hurt.. I appreciate any answers. thanks!
