I have the weird bumps under my penis and hurts when either there squeezed, but don't hurt unless im not touching myself under. The surface under does not hurt or burns when I rub over, But hurts when squeezed as if there going to go through my skin since the skin looks really thin. I have no clue what these bumps are and hope there not herpes, Since I have never has sex or any sexual intercourse with anyone. Th bumps are only under the skin. Its not on top, or on the sides nor the sack below.
