First I tought that it may be "varicocele" and then I went to the urologist that examined and told me that the sensation actually "irradiates" from another inflamed place of the body and this problem isn't even realted to testicles (and should be given to another doctor). He sayd all is good 99% and if I take nurofen for 5-7 days it sound wear out (optionaly I can go and make an ecography so it's 100% ok) . And so I did, made ecography, all good, took nurofen and eventually it went away.
I wanted to share this with you guys, if any of you have something similar I suggest sesing the urologist so you can identify what your problem is. :)
P.S: after he told me that it's connected to another place in the body, I realised that I fallen down 2 week prior to the sensation and I hit my ass quite hard (so I think that that was the problem).

******EVERYONE READ THIS******
Guys,
I had the exact same thing as you people
- pain in the right testicle
- pain down the thigh ending at the right knee
- slight pain in the hip
- fluttering sensation in the scrotum/perenium
What I did:
- Urine tests for stds - all clear
- Blood tests - all clear
- Urologist checked my scrotum/testicles - all clear
What was actually wrong:
- MY BACK WAS THE ISSUE
I'm sure the vast majority of you are not constantly aware of your posture when you're sitting down at your desk or lounging around - I know I wasn't. I found out that after years of sitting down with a c**p posture, my stomach muscles and psoas (look it up) muscle had become short and weak and thus was impinging on a nerve - called the genito-femoral nerve.
Now, the genito-femoral nerve, as the name implies - it goes from your lower back and branches out to your genitals and down to your femur (thigh). The reason I was getting pain in the testicle and thigh was because this nerve was being trapped.
Try and see for yourself, if you have greater pain when sitting down with a c**p posture (hunched foward with your back rounded) then chances are you might have this.
I went through test after test thinking I had some sort of STD, Epididymitis, Prostatitis or whatnot, however my issue was solely related to my back and sitting posture. Having fixed up my posture and focusing on exercise, I can say I've been pain-free and this weird feeling has gone since 2012.
I hope this helps you guys out there.
Cheers,
Jay
