Are you sexually active? How exactly do these lumps look like - are they red or are they the same color as the skin around them? So you shave? You need to give a little more information, because these lumps could be anything - from warts to ingrown hair.

On your what? If you're talking about somewhere in your crotch, there is a whole lot of different parts in and around there, with different types of skin and different problems.
I wouldn't expect someone who would choose a name like snake girl would have any problem being specific about her parts or even be afraid to see a doctor.
If your pet snake's been crawling around there you may have mites. My Boa had mites when I got him.
