Hi Im 19 sexually active and have been for 3-4 years. latley ive notcied pearlypapules LIKE things by the cicumcinsion line but im not circumcised. there bigger than pearly papules and theres like 5 of them and one is turning black does anyone know what it might be? der like on the top of my shaft but not on the head of my penis? PLEASE HELP
