i know i hav no lumps and its not swullen any where its been aching constantly for 2 days could it be growing pains im just scarred i dont know what or y its aching ?

You don't state if you got a injurry there if you got a injurry it takes some time to heal but if there is no injuries rather go and see a Doctor.
