First, welcome to our family. What you need to do is to form some kind of team around you. Team of this kind usually is consisted of your doctor (the neurologist), your therapist, you family, friends and your support group. Our disease does not have a cure, so the best treatment is supportive, protective and symptomatic surrounding. About the medications issue, you will talk to your doctor.
