Hello, I´ve recently noticed that there are a bunch of like obiz-like things in my scrotum. If you don´t know what those are it just feels like a bunch of tiny balls in my scrotum next to my actual ball. It doesn´t hurt or anything but I´m a bit worried as I don´t know what it is. I´m obviously going to the doctor this Thursday but I´d like to know in advance if I have to worry or not.

It could be epididymal cysts, which are benign and not a cause for worry, but you are right to get it checked out. The doc may want to order an ultrasound so don't panic if he says he wants one.
