I have been having regular unprotected sex with my partner and my period has come a week early. I am normally regular as clock work. I've also been getting terrible headaches for the past week aswell. What could this mean??

If your bleeding was very very light (spotting) and lasted about a day then it could mean your pregnant. Headaches are classical in pregnancy because your body makes more blood to help your baby grow. If you got the headaches before the bleeding then its not connected.
