What type of bumps are they, Susan? Are any of them open sores? Are they crusting over and splitting open again? It sounds like it could be cold sores. You have to wait it out for them to heal up but in the meantime you can keep them moisturized with Carmex or if you want to spend a bit of money to help them help a little faster, you can by cold sore medication over the counter. The sores will eventually dry up and heal. You experience them again in your lifetime. Once you get cold sores, the virus lives on your nerve endings. When you have stress, it may produce the cold sores again.
