Try to have bigger meals and not worry to much about what you having. Eat when ever your Hungary then when your happy stay on a healthy diet but still eating a lot.

Quick fix. Sorry but I'm OCD. Or. CDO. It's OCD in the right order. Haha. I'm sorry. But. It's five foot. Not 4 foot 12 inches. It's the same thing. But if you tell someone you're 4 foot 12 inches tall they'll probably look at you like an crazy and walk away. Just saying.

I'm 13 years old and 5'6 I'm 165 pounds I wish I weighed like 101 but I don't I'm really buff and muscular but boys don't like me they like the skinny preppy girls who are rich and pretty. I know I'm pretty but why can't I be skinny I eat healthy but it doesn't matter what I do I'm still fat. Need answers anyone!!!!!!!!!!:( P.S I'm actually obeast according too my BMI test.....

I understand but don't complain. Many girls, including me, would do anything to be skinny. They're just jealous because they aren't as skinny. Thin is beautiful! Embrace it!

Thanks, this helped a lot, I always think I'm too fat but since we are growing and everything it is good to eat some stuff (making sure its healthy), I think a lot of people hate their bodies especially if they think they're fat because of what other people think, that we need to change ourselves to be skinny or put on weight. It can be a little hard if others say things about your weight but we should be proud of ourselves. If we are really skinny, there is nothing wrong with it, if you're a little chubby there is nothing wrong with that either. There are loads of people that go on weird diets and do all they can to get slimmer and while its quite respectful seeing them being this determined, they are trying to change so they can be 'beautiful' or change because of what other people think. We are all beautiful in our own way no matter what we look like. Confidence is what is important. We should be proud of what we look like because our confidence is what gets the good kind of attention, be ourselves and people will respect you for that. No need to change for other people. Thank you to other people who also believe that we should love who we are, when other people think like this, it is a great motivator.

I'm 13 years old and im 5ft 6'' and I weigh 130lbs. I feel like I weigh to much and I need to lose weight, I've done track, cross country, and volleyball which all have really hard conditioning and I've only lost like 5lbs:(

Hi yes I had the same problem last year and to gain weight I started to just add extra butter to things and just focuses on at least 1 bar of chocolate every week minimum but if that doesn't help you can get these packets or army food things that u add hot water too and that is so fattening and I gained 10 pounds in a week from eating 4 packets
