You can gain weight in a good way by eating white foods like breads, eggs, dairy, pasta, and meat. Once you are too your desired weight you can stop but one super important thing to remeber is to exercise or you could gain in the wrong areas. So run do squats and walk. If this doesn't work consult a doctor or a parent to help you.

I’m 13 years old and I’m a girl in year 9 in a school in north wales. Not to be big headed but I am quite popular, in our school I’m in the popular group filled with all the girls who get their nails done every 2 weeks ( which I do ) get our eyebrows done and our eyelashes done and most of the group had boyfriends. I have a boyfriend and our relationship is quite serious and mature for 13 and 14 year olds. I’m in set one for all my classes and get high level 8’s in almost all my work, so I’m pretty smart. I’m 5 foot 5, and I weight 9 and a half stone, nearly 10!!! I don’t think this is normal from what I’ve heard and read online and I’m quite paranoid. Im quite self conscious and not really comfortable in my own skin. I have stretch marks all over my bottom and hips and upper thighs. My thighs are pretty big and I’ve neen called thunder thighs many times but it never really bothered me until I kept looking in my mirror all the time looking at how my tummy sticks out a little and how my boobs aren’t that big ( I’m a size 34B ) and how my hips stick out and my thighs are quite large and how they jiggle a little when I jump etc and how I have not thigh gap and when I breath in as hard as I can it goes flat but then when I breath back out goes quite chubby. I wear crop tops and bikinis but I’m so insecure and normally put my arm around my stomach especially when getting dressed in my PE class. I just need some advice and need some help on how to change my diet etc. I do excessive quite regularly and am trying to build up muscle in my arms and stomach and trying to make my booty bigger. My bum is quite big hence why I have big thighs but I’d rather make them more muscly rather than fat. My diet is quite good too I eat salad quite a lot and slimming world meals Bought in Asda and Lidl and stuff. It doesn’t seem to work that well tho. Please help
