I'm 15 years old, 5'6, and I weigh 160. I wear a size 9 in shorts and pants! I work out every other day and try to eat my best. Also I have very large and wide thighs and a large bum, but my stomach is flat-ish. So it really depends on your body type and what you do in your daily life

If you're eating right and are active but you still want to lose weight, try working on smaller portions. Even if you are eating healthy and are working out, big portions will still keep you from losing weight.

Actually, fat has more mass than muscle. So, one square inch of fat will weigh more than one square inch of muscle. To put it simply: fat weighs more than muscle. This is a scientifically proven fact. You have been severely misinformed if you were taught that muscle weighed more than fat. I can back this up with my own experiences as well: ever since I started working out more often my weight has been slowly decreasing, and my muscle mass slowly increasing. If muscle weighed more than fat, then I would have increased in weight. Another example to note: ever wondered why a very obese person the same height as a very muscular person weighs twice to three times as much as the muscular person? Because fat weighs more than muscle; the obese person may be 300 to 400 pounds, while the muscular person is around 180 pounds. If muscle weighed more than fat, then the two person's weights would be much closer together on the scale.

Actually it should depend on what type of body you have you can be thick at that age or you could be skinny some people have bigger bodies than others that doesnt make you overweight

She doesn't HAVE to lose anything. Some body types naturally have a lot of muscle or some body types keep fat here or there. Whatever way you are that's what makes you you and you shouldn't HAVE to change at all unless u want to. All that matters is that you feel good and you feel healthy. Not the number on the scale.
