Hi, there. Skiing has a lot of benefits. First, you are spending time on fresh air and you are away of city crowd. Is there a healthier way to exercise? Skiing involves many muscles. Quadriceps are most involved since they maintain your ski position. Glutes and hamstrings are involved in downhill skiing. Other muscles involved are: arms, backs, abs, calves and thighs. The entire body works with you. It also prevents many diseases from appearing. It is excellent for mental health as well. You'll see how it's great.
