Bread flour is higher in gluten. It helps teh bubbles form and hold their shape better.

I make the bestest English Muffin bread.

I like all breads--they have their places.

A nice ciabbata sandwich perhaps.

A big Texas burger on a buttery egg bread.

A hunk of German Rye with beef stew.

A slice of raisin Muesli with a cup of tea.
