What is your relaxing technique? I started with yoga. I’ve been practicing for few months now but I am not sure if it really helps. I found out so far that breathing techniques are helpful. I would like to hear more about this subject and relaxing techniques, anyone?

Here what I do, my relaxing technique. I remove all my clothes; lie down on a floor with a pillow under my head. Then first I relax my feet, legs, buttocks and thighs, stomach, back and neck, arms and shoulders, jaw , face, eyes…until my entire body get totally relaxed. I stay like this for 15 minutes. It is great…and you should keep practicing yoga, it is good.
