What kind of symptom do I have?

I know this is going to sound a little slutty but 3 or 4 weeks ago I had intercourse with a guy friend and we had oral sex too it was on a saturday march 31. Then on tuesday april 3rd, my throat was burning and red and white stuff was on both of my tonsils, it lasted 11 days the white stuff were gone but there were these blisters looking things on the back of my throat and on my right tonsil but it doesn't hurt when I sallow or anything, I just cough sometimes like it was a strep throat, but it was just pink. Then on April 15, late sunday night I had another intercourse with a different guy, two days later I gotten my period but it was different, the blood would be on and off and I gotten cramps, I had a really bad cramp in the morning once, my period lasted 5 days instead of 7 my normal period time. Also I gotten chest pain, it almost felt like an heart attack but the pain went away but it does come around sometime when I lay down on my side or on stomach. So I started dating my boyfriend, around first week of May. Late Friday night, we had sex, my lower stomach was in pain like I had a bladder infection or something, then we stopped I drank water like crazy. An hour or two we had sex again, I wasn't in pain anymore, I went walking and jogging still no pain. Then a day later, I still felt pain in my lower stomach and the left side of it, plus I wasn't hungry like I usually was, but I still ate a little, so I drank lots of water and cranberry juice, I go diarrhea sometimes for days now and also I have hard times sleeping at night but I wake up feeling so awake but in the afternoon I get tired. So now I felt hungry again, my stomach feels pinchy and so does the middle of my chest but I don't feel pain when I walk around. Also for past couple of days now, I gotten an headache too, I took two aspirin but that didn't work. Plus when I go pee, it doesn't burn and my vagina looks okay too, there's no redness or bumps or anything. I asked all 3 of these guys and they say they were clean, I checked too and they have nothing. I'm scared to go to the doctors because what if I gotten a disease or STD and my mom finds out about it, she will be pissed even though I'm 20 years old but I still live at home.
