How badly was it cut and by what?

Clean the wound.  If you have an antiseptic cream you can apply that as well.  Watch for any signs of infection such as swelling or discharge.  I'm assuming it was cut while someone was performing oral on you.  Wounds caused by another human can cause infections easily.

If bleeding, apply a clean cloth and hold pressure.
