I like to train and am pretty dedicated athlete. However, when it is cold and cloudy outside I don’t feel like working out. I rather stay at home on such occasion. I see some guys going out there no matter what. Nothing can stop them from working out. What’s your motivation on cloudy cold days?

Well, you have to have strong desire. If you can picture yourself on a winning stand receiving medal and hearing crowd cheering up than you are willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish that. I wouldn’t go to extremes though. Skipping a workout here and there won’t thwart your efforts provided that it doesn’t happen too often. Moreover you may benefit from having a day or two off. You will give your body time to rest and recuperate so you will be completely ready for the next tough workout both, mentally and physically.
