hey, i'm 13 in 8th grade and i don't know when i'll hit puberty :-( i have about 15 pubic hairs, minor facial and leg hair, no armpit hair... when soft, my penis is, dare i say, smaller then my testicles. when erect, my penis is 3 1/4 inches long. when i cum it's this clear stuff and it kind of drips, not shoot. i really don't know if this is normal ? please respond soon
