Few days ago I was looking to a mirror and find out that I have little white mass on my upper gum. I have taken it off. But it started to appear again. Now I have two spots. I went to see oral surgeon for an advice. He doesn't know what it is. He wants to do a biopsy. Anyone have some experience?

I know your situation very well. I had experience it last year. Probably you are dealing with fistula caused by infection. That infection may occur from death nerve in one of your teeth. You should do the X-ray or RTC for definitive diagnosis. Your problem is maybe different from mine. I don't know that. This is my experience, now you have some idea. Maybe you should do that biopsy.
