i am 19 year old and i have a white colour lumo in my scrotum and its painfull while i toch it .Iam veary terified about that does it cause a tumor or some thing else in future ?

How long have you had the lump?
It is likely a sebaceous cyst. A clogged oil gland. They are very common on the genitals and are more prominent due to the thinner skin.
Treat it like a pimple. Use warm compresses to help it drain. If it doesn't decrease in a few weeks see your doctor.
It is unlikely to be a tumor or form of cancer.
