white tongue with bumps on the back ,dizziness, off balnceness ,fever, muscle pain

Hey its day 22 now since i had sex i was a virgin . From the first day  or the day after i had sex i began to feel very dizzy, i couldn't concentrate in school, my blood pressure was high and i got heart palpitation which made me feel my body shaking when my heart was beating fast , after which i noticed a white covering on my tongue with normal coloured bumps as the colour of my tongue but when i touched it it turns white  on the back of my tongue that  do not hurt . Then the third day i got a cause of diarreah for a day along with fever which made me feel very cold then i got gas and i noticed my belly pushing out as if i had eaten a lot but when i go off or pee it came back normal for a while and also my lower back felt as if i had a muscle pain but i put sports balm on it and it went away but the feeling that something was there never went, then i felt a tinglely feeling in my butt checks  . During this period i was feeling as if the  place was spinning and kind of off balance as if my feet suddenly became weak . finally i got a slight sore on my lip that doesn't hurt one bit an it never even came up really it just was like a spot. if feel muscles pain in other places also . Day 22 the symtoms have gotten weaker i now only have slight off balanceness . white tongue which is also less white because the whiteness on it seem to be come off when i scrap it and fever( high temperature ). Can a profeesional person please tell me what is going on with me i am very worried .
