Hello...I had a sex with a prostitute wearing a double condoms before i inoticed this problem

The problem is I have a pain in penis with white but little bit yellow discharge from foreskin of my penis and it smells too bad

When I noticed it ...I cleaned it and then the pain stopped .......please help me with this ...is it any serious issues???
