Your penis won't really begin to grow until you hit puberty. In some males that may not happen until 15 or even 16 years of age. You are NORMAL.
Some might call you a "late bloomer." There is nothing wrong with that. If you haven't started puberty by 16 or so there are drugs that doctors can administer that can start things going.
In reality, you are not a late bloomer it's just that with all the hormones in most of our foods/water/etc,. nowadays everyone else is early.
Hang in there. It WILL be worth the wait.
