I just found out that I am in my third week of pregnancy. My husband jumped to the roof from joy when I told him the good news. But, I have a few questions regarding my pregnancy. I am an aerobic instructor so I wonder how much more can I exercise? Will raising temperature during exercise affect baby inside of me? I need to know this now so that I could start reorganizing my life.

We all know that workout and exercises can only benefit to one's both mental and body health. But, certain facts must be known when there is a pregnancy involved. First, you must realize that your body will change and those changes will start immediately. As fore temperature, it is not proven, but there are some theories that say that higher temperature of your body can negatively effect your baby, especially in the first three months.
