Hello! I am 23 years old and I have found that I have diabetes. I have discovered this few months ago and I stopped with my aerobic trainings. I have told that to my doctor yesterday, but she told me that I should train. Now, I need advice about exercise program should I follow. I am thanking you in advance!

Hello! Your doctor is right. Exercise will help you to reduce your stress, it will help you to prevent heart disease, it will help your body to response well on insulin, even can eliminate your need for medication. During training you should wear ID tag which will indicate that you have diabetes (in case of injury, etc). You should start with swimming or walking, maybe jogging, but you must not train hard. It would be best if you start wit your trainings at same time every day.
