I have my urine rest tomorrow for work. They are a smoke free hospital but in my opinion half the workers there smoke and continue to smoke on the site too. But I had a cigarette this pruning and I'm wondering if I'll still pass tomorrow morning

Have you had other cigarettes lately?
It depends upon a number of factors, but for the most part continine can be detected for 5-7 days after you stop smoking.
But, if you just had one cigarette the levels should be low enough that it could be considered passive inhalation - second hand smoke.
