Salute! Six years ago, everything has changed. After the consultation with my endocrinologist, I have changed my nutrition, start with hormonal treatment but he also advice me some sport activities to prevent osteoporosis process. I do not have enough time to go to gym, but I was thinking to start with running. Would running help relieve symptoms in menopause?

Let the running be just a form of your activities, not main one.
