Think about this for a moment. Do you think that your mind has a role in your eating habits? Does it tell you to eat when you are hungry? Does it tell you when you are full? Does it tell you when you have touched something hot or cold?
The answer is yes. Your minds is the cause for overeating and overweight. There is hope these days that you can use hypnosis to control weight loss. Your mind tells you all of these things. However if you don't listen to it, then you may mistake thirst to be hunger prang. Dehydration is often mistaken as hunger. This adds to your overeating habits. I definetely agree with the mind being a HUGE part in losing weight cause words are nothing unless you back them up and act upon them.......hypnosis though......that's a new one, never heard of it.....I'm just losing it the old fashioned way, by eating right
