Hello. I am a 23 years old man and I was way too much overweight. I went on a diet, and lost 30 kilograms (sounds unbelievable, I know), and now I am not overweight at all. I worked out, run, went on a diet, went to a sauna. Everything, you name it. And it worked (Hooray for me!). Any other diet success stories? Lets hear it.

Well, I was a little overweight ( not too much), and I needed to get 10 kilograms off. I went to a nutritionist a couple of times (first time I forgot the blood results), and I did everything that a little piece of paper told me to. I even started running a bit so I would get some grams off extra. And it worked. I gained a little weight – 2 kilograms, but that is only water.

When I was a bit overweight and having a bout with depression, I started doing yoga. I felt so good and have since kept my ideal weight. Yoga has also helped me become more aware of what I eat.:-)
