Hi. I am a 35 years old woman. I had a baby few months ago, and I should be thinking of loosing some weight now. I heard wonders about Nathan Pritkin diet, and I don’t even know what is the deal with it. If someone was, or even better is on this diet, could you please tell your experiences with this diet. Does it helps? What is it consistent of?

This diet relies much to the non fat, easy on the cholesterol died accompanied with the slight working out – like jogging. I tried it out. And you know what? It worked just fine. You eat a lot of fruit, vegetables, and sometimes a bit of meat – like fish. It is very healthy and the guy who invented this diet cured his heart disease with it. Now that’s one great diet.
