I am 14 years old and I have never had sex but I got this sort of large bumb; thinking it was just a zit I popped it. I know now I probably shouldn't have but I did and what I realized is once the pus came out blood started to come out and then a thicker, red substance came out. I don't want to discuss this with my mum so please help.

Perhaps a boil. They are similar to a pimple, larger and more painful though. Nothing to be ashamed of. Warm compresses (a washcloth or such) should help bring to a head.
