Irregular period and period symptoms same as pregnancy

At the end of last month around the time my period was due I had a very lite just pink discharge for 1 1/2weeks this is not normal for me. I usually have a regular flow. For the past year a week before my period { almost always} my breasts get bigger and sore. This month however I have not started my period and have sore breast and some cramping. I guess my quetion is since my period never comes at the same time and I experience some symptoms of being pregnant before each period. How long should I wait to take a test and could I be pregnant now. [/i]
