Holistically oriented physicians often say that cancer is only a symptom of some underlying problem and to cure it — a person first has to discover the cause. It's not news anymore that mammography actually increases the risk of cancer. Ironic, isn't it?
It's not all about prevention. Trying too hard to prevent cancer by exposing to radiation can cause one. Make sure you live as healthy as you can, have the positive thoughts most of the time, and of course — good and healthy teeth, because their decay and especially fixing them with toxic chemicals can cause mess in your body.

Work On Your Immune System
Western medicine puts all the effort in surgery and chemotherapy after a patient has been diagnosed, even though radiation has been proven to destroy body's natural immune system. Doctors rarely recommend living as healthy as possible, and seem to ignore the messages from people all over the world testifying how they cured cancer with organic fruit and vegetables, taking supplements, and by positive thinking. One of the best ways to boost your immune system is to stay away from processed food — especially sugars and processed meats, since they are high on the cancer causing list, just behind cigarettes.
Learn About Dangerous Chemicals Used In Everyday Life
Many products that we use every day have demonstrated themselves as carcinogens.
Parabens — These nasty chemicals can still be found in some cosmetic products and pharmaceuticals. Even though they're banned in the EU since 2003, they still can be found in many product around the globe. They keep bacteria out of creams and lotions, and make hair sprays sticky. They are highly linked to breast cancer.
Aluminum chlorohydrate — A chemical added to most of antiperspirants to clog the pores and prevent sweating. It's most dangerous when used after waxing or shaving because it can enter the body through the damaged skin. The chemical has a genotoxic profile, meaning it can cause DNA alterations.

Styrene — It's a component of Styrofoam, a material that egg cartons and disposable cups that most Americans use are made of, among other things. It's an animal carcinogen possibly dangerous for human use. Some food companies use it as flavoring agent for candy and ice creams.
Triclosan — A chemical found in cosmetic products, soaps, deodorants, toothpaste, towels, clothes and many other items we use regularly. American Chemical Society has recently published a study on triclosan, linking it to the growth of cancerous cells in the breast area.
Zeranol — It's a growth hormone used in the meat industry in the US and Canada. It has been in use for more than 60 years to fatten the animals faster. It's banned by the European Union since 1989, together with imports of zeranol-treated meat coming from the United States. Scientist have found that cancer cells exposed to beef treated with this chemical showed big increase in growth.
We're surrounded by chemicals. They're everywhere, in our food, in cleaning products we purchase and use on daily basis, make-up, even in the air we breathe. The sooner everyone understand that return to nature is the only thing that can save our health, the better.
