I have had the 10 year IUD with no hormones for almost a year now and I have been experiancing pain in the left pelvic area it hurts so bad that it feels like my whole left leg goes numb.I have it more so when its getting close to my period and during and sometimes after.  I dont know if this is good or not. I think I might need to put it on the calendar to see if this is all the time or what. I do want to have kids in the future and I am scared that with this device that I wouldnt be able to after I get it taken out. I dont want to have it in the whole 10 years but I have heard it is pretty affective and a lot of people have had them with not problems... well the 5 year ones with the hormones. Anyway,  I have not went to the doctor yet but I am going to go asap. I just wanted stories for others to see if I made the wrong or right choice.
