I'm fourteen years old. I'm sick of being overweight. height is maybe 5"5 Weight is 160 pounds. I keep gaining weight too fast. (10 pounds lighter at beginning of year) the problem is, its really difficult for me to exercise because I have very bad feet and ankles so by the time I'm done exercising (like running) I'm in severe pain; meaning its hard to repeat the process the next day. And I do play soccer.

   It's not that I eat lots of junk food, its that when I do eat it, I pig out. Any suggestions on how to pull off that weight without extremely painful exercise? (ideal would be 40 pounds lighter) And my parents are dieting, causing the whole family to have certain eating restrictions, but it obviously isn't doing much. 

And I tend to be bad at calorie counts. :-/
